Dell Tech Support Once Again

So yesterday, I got that drive that Dell was sending me so I called and got it installed. So then I installed my game. While I was playing it, 3 separate times, a blue screen came across the screen and said there had been an error. The third time it happened, I called Dell.
The guy, Alan, helped me out and stayed on the phone with me for an extended period of time until we had the problem fixed. I had to give him remote access to my computer and all. All that had to be done was to update my video card.
So once again, I love the Dell Technical Support Team. GREAT JOB GUYS!
