So.... this morning I had to call Uhaul... not fun. Every time I call them, I'm on hold for at least 25 minutes listening to the bad elevator music and the "Your call is important to us" man.
When the lady finally answered the phone, she told me that I needed to call a different number. I thought to myself 'you can't tell me if the reservation has been cancelled?!' I said "whatever." and hung up. But i just went into the computer and canceled it myself because the guy was alreay 45 minutes late to pick up the truck. He hasn't showed up yet.... So he's just going to be SOL is he does show up. So the moral of this short story, Uhaul customer service sucks.

i hate Uhaul almost as much as i hate Comcast (and that is saying A LOT). i feel your pain!
