More exercise
So I didn't get on the machine yesterday. I figured I needed to let my muscles rest some. Well last night, I think I stayed on the phone too late with Kenny and I had already had a small headache. So I had taken some PM tablets to help me sleep. Yeah right.... I tossed and turned all night. Then I woke up with a headache even worse! I was like UGH!!!!! So I got up took some medicine. Bad idea....I got sick. So after I got sick, I got in and took a really hot shower. That helped a little bit. I didn't go to school. I told mama that I was going to do soem exercise and get some endorphins going and maybe I'd feel better. She said that I should get my blood pressure checked before I didn't that just in case. So I went to where my mom works up the road and got a lady that works with her to check it. It was good. So I came home and got on the machine. Instead of 30 minutes today, I stayed on 45.17 minutes, burned 71.2 Carbs and 414.9 Calories, and went 1.55 miles. YAY... and I didn't stop there. I felt so good after that, that I walked around our block that is about another mile or 2. I feet kinda hurt now but I feel spectacular. I doubt I'll walk all that extra every time, but it sure did feel good.

Hey Keri, what machine are you using? Treadmill? So funny because I go 45 minutes too, and get about 1.6 miles! What a coinkidink!
I use the nordictrack (spelling??) elliptical machine.
Glad to hear that your blook pressure is ok and that you are feeling better. Moving can certainly do that for you!!!
I cannot use the elliptical, it goes too fast for me! Way to go for you! You are really working out!
