Last night I stepped on the scale and.....
I LOST 4 POUNDS!!!!!
I'm now down below my first goal. Now I just need to lose 6 more to get to my second goal of losing 10 pounds.

I've been scared to step on my scales since last summer, I just know my clothes have shrunk badly.MUST do something about it!
